Review summary: The series lead plays at best a supporting role here, with the focus far more on life in Savannah, Georgia. It's all very interesting and well told, to be sure, but the lack of focus on the titular body and the apparent crime seems rather striking. An entertaining entry in this series, but probably one best appreciated by fans and not new readers. (Click here for text of full review.)

Publisher synopsis: Attorney Sophie Maxwell has come to Savannah to be with her new husband, Will. But nothing throws cold water on a hot relationship faster than a dead body.
