A Mysterious Review of Missing Pieces by Heather Gudenkauf. A Novel of Suspense.
Review summary: This book has an intriguing premise, but the characters are largely lacking depth. Much of the cast is featureless and shallow. And the whodunit element is clumsily handled. Publisher synopsis: Sarah Quinlan's husband, Jack, has been haunted for decades by the untimely death of his mother when he was just a teenager, her body found in the cellar of their family farm, the circumstances a mystery.
