The winner of this year's Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Novel of the Year Award was announced earlier today at the opening ceremony of the annual festival of the same name, and it is Rubbernecker by Belinda Bauer.
The winner is chosen by readers, who vote from a shortlist of titles.
