A list of the top 15 Mystery Hardcover Bestsellers for the week ending September 6th, 2013 has been posted by the Hidden Staircase Mystery Books.
There was quite a bit of movement this week in the list, both up and down, though J. K. Rowling's (Robert Galbraith's) crime novel The Cuckoo's Calling remains in the top spot.
Two new titles enter the list this week (rank in [brackets]), with one debuting strongly in 6th place.

[6]: Never Go Back
Lee Child
— Jack Reacher (18th)
Former military cop Jack Reacher makes it all the way from snowbound South Dakota to his destination in northeastern Virginia, near Washington, D.C.: the headquarters of his old unit, the 110th MP. The old stone building is the closest thing to a home he ever had.
Reacher is there to meet — in person — the new commanding officer, Major Susan Turner, so far just a warm, intriguing voice on the phone.
But it isn't Turner behind the CO's desk. And Reacher is hit with two pieces of shocking news, one with serious criminal consequences, and one too personal to even think about.
When threatened, you can run or fight.
Reacher fights, aiming to find Turner and clear his name, barely a step ahead of the army, and the FBI, and the D.C. Metro police, and four unidentified thugs.

[11]: The Mayan Secrets
Clive Cussler and Thomas Perry
— A Fargo Adventure (5th)
Husband-and-wife team Sam and Remi Fargo are in Mexico, when they come upon a remarkable discovery — the skeleton of a man clutching an ancient sealed pot, and within the pot, a Mayan book, larger than anyone has ever seen. The book contains astonishing information about the Mayans, about their cities, and about mankind itself. The secrets are so powerful that some people would do anything to possess them — as the Fargos are about to find out.
Before their adventure is done, many men and women will die for that book — and Sam and Remi may just be among them.
