Today's Amazon Local Deal: $2 off Amazon Instant Video

Today's Amazon Local Deal is a free voucher worth $2 off any Amazon Instant Video purchase or rental. (You may have to look at the bottom of the page under "More Deals" to find it.) A credit card is required to obtain the voucher, but you won't be charged. The voucher must be used by October 31st, 2012 or it will expire. It looks like this might be a two-day deal, expiring late on Monday October 5th, but quantities are limited so if this offer is of interest to you, don't delay!

There are over 120,000 videos from which to choose. Visit the Amazon Instant Video page to search for new releases in films, the latest episodes on television, and special deals, including a large selection of $1.99 rentals (which would be free with the voucher).

We're leaning towards using our voucher to pick up a Jesse Stone movie. We actually own them all on DVD — visit our Telemystery: Jesse Stone page for a list of titles — but are beginning to build our online digital library and believe any of these movies would make a great addition to it.
