Telemystery: NBC Developing Crime Drama Featuring Young Thomas Edison

Last night we reported on two crime drama projects, one each at ABC and CBS … but we missed NBC's most recent project (via Deadline).

Titled Edison and set in 1880s New York City, the storyline follows a young Thomas Edison, who works as a consultant for the police department and "uses his inventor instincts and retro-cool devices to deconstruct crime scenes and pioneer new technology."

Daniel C. Connolly (Longmire) will write the script and co-executive produce.
