Publishers Weekly is reporting that Poisoned Pen Press has created a new young adult mystery imprint, Poisoned Pencil. The first titles are expected to be published in Fall 2013.
"Our experience shows that today's young adults are sophisticated and savvy readers who seek good stories well told," said Poisoned Pen Press publisher Jessica Tribble. "Filling this important niche through the Poisoned Pencil not only affords us the opportunity to introduce new works of mystery to the young adult audience, but also serves to ensure future generations of voracious mystery readers."
