Ryan Reynolds has signed on to star in the psychological thriller Queen of the Night, an original film screenplay written by Atom Egoyan (Where the Truth Lies) and David Fraser. Egoyan will direct.
The storyline follows a father (Reynolds) of an abducted child, who learns eight years later that she may still be alive.
Production is expected to begin in Ontario in February 2013.
