The nominees for the 2012 Lefty Awards have been announced by the organizers of Left Coast Crime. In addition to its annual awards for best humorous mystery (the "Lefty") and best historical mystery, awards will be given this year to the best mystery set in California (the "Golden Nugget") and best first mystery (the "Eureka!").
The winners will be announced during Left Coast Crime at a banquet on Saturday, March 31st, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento.
