Third Season of Flashpoint Premieres Tomorrow on CBS

Flashpoint returns for its third season on CBS tomorrow, Friday June 4th at 9 PM (ET/PT). An ensemble crime drama, the series is based on the tough, risk-filled lives of a group of cops in the Strategic Response Unit (SRU, inspired by Toronto's Emergency Task Force). It's a unique unit that rescues hostages, busts gangs, defuses bombs, climbs the sides of buildings and talks down suicidal teens. Members of a highly-skilled tactical team, they're also trained in negotiating, profiling and getting inside the suspect's head to diffuse the situation to try and save lives.

In the season premiere titled "One Wrong Move", the SRU team is faced with the daunting task of finding and dismantling bombs set throughout the city by an eco-terrorist group, and a member of the team sacrifices his own life to save the lives of many others.
