A list of the top 15 mystery hardcover bestsellers for the week ending December 04, 2009 has been posted on the Hidden Staircase Mystery Books website.
Last week's featured title, Pirate Latitudes by the late Michael Crichton, moves into the top 4 this week, and the 21st title in a popular series enters the list.
Sue Grafton moves the narrative between the 1980s and the 1960s, changing points of view, building multiple subplots, and creating memorable characters in U is for Undertow.
It's April, 1988, a month before Kinsey Millhone's thirty-eighth birthday, and she's alone in her office doing paperwork when a young man arrives unannounced.
