The nominations for the 2009 Anthony Awards have been posted on the Bouchercon 2009 World Mystery Convention website. The award is named for the late Anthony Boucher (William Anthony Parker White), well-known writer and critic from the New York Times, who helped found the Mystery Writers of America. The winners are selected by registered attendees of the conference. Below are the nominations for three of the seven categories:
