James Patterson's Zoo to be Adapted as Summer 2015 Thriller Event for CBS

CBS has ordered to series an adaptation of James Patterson's 2012 thriller Zoo. The 13-episode thriller event, co-written by Jeff Pinkner, Josh Appelbaum, Andrew Nemeec, and Scott Rosenberg, is scheduled to air in Summer 2015. Patterson will co-executive produce.

Marek Krajewski's series of crime novels set in 1930s Breslau — when the current Polish city now known as Wroclaw was part of Germany — is being adapted for television by Warsaw-based ATM Grupa. Agnieszka Holland will direct the first hour-long episode of the series, which is adapted from the first book in the series, Śmierć w Breslau. It was originally published in Poland in 1999 with an English translation (as Death in Breslau) published in the US in 2012.

Telemystery News: Sherlock To Film Special Episode in January 2015, Return with Three More Episodes Later in the Year

BBC One has announced that Sherlock will return with a special episode followed by three additional episodes for the fourth season of the series.

"A special, plus a new series of three episodes — it's a record-breaking run!" says co-creator Steven Moffat. "Of course, it's far too early to say what's coming, but we're reasonably confident that the very next thing to happen to Sherlock and John, is the very last thing you'd expect …"

The Special episode is expected to begin filming in January 2015 with the three regular episodes following later in the year.
