A new poster has been released by Relativity Media for the crime thriller Out of the Furnace (right; click for larger image). The tagline: "Sometimes your battles choose you".

Russell Baze (Christian Bale) has a rough life: he works a dead-end blue collar job at the local steel mill by day, and cares for his terminally ill father by night. When Russell's brother Rodney (Casey Affleck) returns home from serving time in Iraq, he gets lured into one of the most ruthless crime rings in the Northeast and mysteriously disappears. Telemystery: CBS Orders Futuristic Crime Thriller Pilot for Tin Man

CBS has ordered a pilot for a futuristic crime thriller titled Tin Man.

Written by Ehren Kruger, the storyline (via Deadline) is said to follow a fugitive robot accused of first-degree murder, and the public defender who is forced to fight for his cause.

Kruger is the most recently the screenwriter behind the three Transformers sequels. This would be his first television project.
