Earlier this month Frogwares announced the newest entry in its popular series of "Sherlock Holmes" videogames — Crimes & Punishments.
Players will not be spectators in the game. Rather, they will assume the role of Sherlock Holmes and lead their own investigation. Eight cases will be available, and each offers the opportunity for players to make important moral choices, which influence how the game plays out … sometimes with unexpected consequences.
No release date was announced, though it is expected to debut later this year.
The most recent game in the series, The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, was the first to abandon traditional point and click gameplay and create a genuine third-person gaming experience. More details about this game, below.
