The final three Crime Writers Association literary crime fiction awards of the year were announced earlier this evening, together with winners of a whole host of other awards collectively known as the "Crime Thriller Awards".

• Gold Dagger (for best novel): The Rage by Gene Kerrigan (Harvill Secker)
• Ian Fleming Steel (for best thriller): A Foreign Country by Charles Cumming (HarperCollins)
• John Creasey New Blood (for best debut novel): Land More Kind than Home by Wiley Cash (Bantam)

• Bestseller Dagger: Kathy Reichs
• Best Detective Duo: Lewis (DI Robbie Lewis and DS James Hathaway)
• Best Film: Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy
• Best Television Series: Sherlock

• Best Television Actress: Claire Danes for Homeland
