Nominations for 2010 Edgar Awards and Dilys Award Announced

Mystery Book Awards: The Edgars, The Agathas, The Anthonys, and many more.

The nominations for two mystery awards were recently announced.

First up, the Mystery Writers of America have announced the nominees for the 2010 Edgar Allan Poe Awards honoring the best in mystery fiction, non-fiction, and television published or produced in 2009. The Edgar Awards will be presented at a banquet on April 29, 2010, in New York City.

Best Novel Nominees:

Second, the nominations for the Dilys Award have been announced. This award is given to the mystery title Independent Mystery Booksellers have most enjoyed selling. The nominees are:
