Production Weekly has a short blurb (tweet actually) reporting that brothers Drew Dowdle and John Erick Dowdle (Devil) are attached to direct an adaptation of Jack Kilborn's thriller Afraid, with Laurence Malkin and Chad Thumann (Five Fingers) writing the script.
Jack Kilborn is a pseudonym used by J. A. Konrath, author of the Jacqueline "Jack" Daniels mystery series.
