One advantage of BAM is that you can purchase it with any credit card; the B&N offer requires you to use MasterCard.
However, B&N offers free shipping while BAM seems to require you to be a club member to get free shipping.
They are identical products at identical prices, so choose the vendor that offers you the best advantage.
