The winner of the 2009 Dilys Award, given by the Independent Mystery Booksellers Association (IMBA) to the mystery title booksellers most enjoyed selling, was announced earlier today at Left Coast Crime in Hawaii: Trigger City by Sean Chercover.
Three other Left Coast Crime awards were given out:
• The Bruce Alexander Memorial Best Historical Mystery: Nox Dormienda, A Long Night for Sleeping by Kelli Stanley
• The Hawaii Five-O Best Police Procedural: Mahu Fire by Neil Plakcy
• The Lefty for Best Humorous Mystery: Greasing the Pinata by Tim Maleeny
